Adventure Speyside

Adventure Speyside is Sport Aberdeen’s residential base located in the village of Cromdale, around 5 minutes’ drive from Grantown-on-Spey and 25 minutes from Aviemore.

The centre caters for a range of groups, including school residentials, private bookings, and hen and stag parties.

Set in a fantastic location for exploring the Scottish Highlands, Adventure Speyside gives groups the chance to try activities such as canoeing, gorge walking, abseiling, rock climbing, and hillwalking.

Facilities

Sleeping up to 50 people, the centre includes six dormitories with bunk beds and two rooms with single beds plus ensuite.

The centre also has a fully equipped kitchen, deck area, BBQ, drying room, and male and female shower blocks. Take a look at our layout pdf below to see inside the accommodation.

Group adventures

Our fully trained and experienced instructors can take your group on an adventure, with kit and transport included.

The centre is a recently renovated former school building and has been used for residential school trips for many years. It is now also available for private groups looking to experience an outdoor adventure in a great Highland location.
