Planning a hen or stag weekend that does more than the usual night out?
Adventure Speyside gives your group a proper weekend away, with outdoor adventure, group accommodation, and space to relax together in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.
Located in Cromdale, less than two hours from Aberdeen, and less than 5 minutes drive from Grantown-on-Spey the centre is ideal for groups looking for a mix of activity, fresh air, downtime, and a few memorable stories to take home.
What’s included?
Adventure Speyside offers hen and stag groups a simple way to organise an active weekend away, with accommodation and outdoor activity options in one place.
Activities can include canoeing, gorge walking, abseiling, rock climbing, and hillwalking. Groups can choose from one full-day activity or two half-day activities, depending on what suits the group best.
All activity kit and transport are included, and sessions are delivered by fully trained and experienced Adventure instructors.
The centre
Adventure Speyside is a recently renovated former school building in the village of Cromdale, near Grantown-on-Spey and Aviemore.
The centre sleeps up to 42 people and includes six dormitories with bunk beds, two rooms with single beds plus ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, deck area, BBQ, drying room, and male and female shower blocks.
Perfect for groups who want something different
This is a great option for groups who want a weekend that feels organised, active, and memorable, without losing the relaxed social side of a hen or stag trip.
Spend the day on the water, in the hills, or taking on a challenge together, then head back to the centre for food, drinks, and time with your group.
