BRS Golf Booking System
BRS Golf is the online tee time booking system for Sport Aberdeen golf members and pay-and-play customers.
You can use BRS Golf to book tee times online, manage bookings through the app, receive email confirmations and keep up to date with course bookings.
Golf members and visitors use different booking routes, so please choose the option that applies to you before booking.
Golf member bookings
Golf members can book tee times up to eight days in advance. Tee times are released daily at 07:30.
Visitor bookings
Visitors and pay-to-play customers can book tee times up to three days in advance. Tee times are released daily at 07:30.

Check the latest green fees for visitors, guests and pay-to-play customers before booking your tee time.
Registration Process
All new members will be sent an email to complete their registration process.
Your registration email will include your unique username, which should be used for logging in to the BRS system. Please follow the registration link, complete the steps, and set up your password.
The Sport Aberdeen golf team will then enable your account and you will receive an email from BRS to confirm your registration has been successful.
Although emails from BRS Golf may reference Hazlehead Mackenzie & Pines Courses initially, the same username and password will be valid for all Sport Aberdeen golf courses. Any reference to ‘club’ in communications from BRS is in reference to Sport Aberdeen golf courses and not the golf clubs associated with the courses.
Under-18s and BRS Golf
For under-18s, permission to use BRS must be received from their parent or guardian. To give permission for an under-18 to use BRS, the parent or guardian should complete the form below and a member of the team will enable the membership.
In the meantime, anyone under the age of 18 can still book by contacting the starter box.
