Class Descriptions

KinderGym (Walking to 3.5 years)

Suitable for children walking to 3.5 years.

These 45-minute classes are run in a safe and fun environment which motivates your child to be active and explore a variety of movements.

Classes are attended by a child and their accompanying adult, alongside the coaches who guide throughout the session.

There is a group time at the beginning, the main activity/circuit using a range of equipment including gymnastics apparatus, and finally a relaxing group activity using music at the end.

One adult is required to accompany each child in this class and additional adults are not permitted in these sessions. Younger siblings are permitted only if they remain in a car seat for the duration.

Pre-school Gymnastics (3.5 to 5 years)

Suitable for children aged 3.5 to 5 years.

Classes are 45 minutes long and children attend independently. Although the main emphasis is on fun, children learn fundamental movements and basic gymnastics skills.

The coaches will lead group activities with music at the beginning and the end, and during the main activity/circuit children use a range of gymnastics equipment under coaches’ supervision.

Adults are not required to participate in this class however they must remain on the premises to assist if required.
