You’ll receive a training programme tailored to your own personal fitness goals. Your personal trainer will teach you the correct technique so you understand how to perform exercises properly, challenge you, and motivate you to achieve your full fitness potential.

Our personal trainers set their own fees. You can contact any of our trainers using the details below.

Sport Aberdeen Fitness and Get active members can use our facilities at no extra cost.

Non-Members can pay a day rate of £10.60 at reception when attending a session.
