Ice Skating Private Lessons

In addition to group lessons, individual tuition for skaters of all ages and abilities is available at the Linx Ice Arena and is held either during figure skating sessions or coaching ice sessions.

Our professional, British Ice Skating (BIS) licensed coaches deliver private 1-2-1 tuition on a self-employed basis. These lessons take place on either coaching ice, figure or Aberdeen Linx Ice Skating Club (ALISC) sessions.

Cost

Coaching fee: Payable to the coach. £12.00 – £15.00 per 15-minute lesson, price dependent on coach.

Admission fee, Coaching and Figure Sessions:

  • Juniors: £5.60 with own skates
  • Adults: £9.50 with own skates
  • Skate Hire: £2.30
  • Admission included with the following Sport Aberdeen memberships: Learn to Skate Junior, Get active Junior and Get active Adult

Admission fee, ALISC Sessions: Participants must be a member of the club and pay an admission fee of £6 per hour on sessions.

Please note that all lessons are subject to availability and coach discretion. You will only receive a reply from our coaches if they have a space available. We recommend reapplying in 3-4 months if unsuccessful.
