Teen Fitness

Designed for young people aged 14 to 17, Teen Fitness provides unlimited access to gyms, swimming and fitness classes in a safe, supportive environment, helping teenagers build confidence, develop healthy habits and enjoy being active.

For just £20 per month*, Teen Fitness gives young people aged 14 to 17 access to gym sessions, swimming, fitness classes and support from our health and wellness advisers.

Your membership includes:

  • Unlimited swimming
  • Unlimited gym sessions
  • Fitness classes for 16+, plus classes specifically developed for 14 to 15 year olds
  • Personalised training plan and advice from our health and wellness advisers
  • 8-day advance booking privileges
  • Access to all gym equipment except free weights

Supporting young people to get active

Teen Fitness is designed to help young people aged 14 to 17 enjoy exercise in a safe, supportive and age-appropriate way. With gym access, swimming, fitness classes and advice from our health and wellness advisers, members can build confidence, learn how to train properly and find activities they enjoy.

Young people aged 14 and 15 can take part in bespoke fitness classes developed specifically for their age group. Members aged 16 and over can attend any fitness class listed on our main interactive timetable, giving them even more choice as they become more confident.

Fitness classes

Teen Fitness members can access fitness classes suited to their age and experience. Bespoke classes are available for members aged 14 and 15, while members aged 16 and 17 can attend any class on our main fitness timetable.

Training support

Our health and wellness advisers can help members get started with a personalised training plan and practical advice. This helps young people understand how to use equipment safely, train with good technique and make the most of their membership.

Access is subject to normal opening hours, timetables, programme availability and booking conditions. Members can book activities up to 8 days in advance.
